All-in-one plans used in place of Original Medicare coverage:
$0 premium is available in most areas now. (Based on your county of residence)

Expect to pay copays out of pocket for services such as doctor visits, hospitalizations, outpatient care, MRI’s, etc.
Plans have an annual out-of-pocket maximum.

With these Medicare approved plans, you get all your Part A, Part B, Part D coverage, through one plan with a private insurance company. Over the past few years, the market for Medicare Advantage plans has been expanding and an increasing number of people choose to get their Medicare coverage this way.
You get a chance each year to enroll or unenroll from a Medicare Advantage Plan on October 15th through December 07th. If you are already enrolled in a Medicare Advantage Plan you can also make one change between January 1st through March 31st each year.
